    曹祖兵,男,博士,安徽农业大学动物科技学院副教授,硕士研究生导师,中国农业生物技术学会动物生物技术分会理事,中国畜牧兽医学会高级会员,安徽省牛羊产业协会专家委员会委员。2013年中国农业大学生物学院农业生物技术国家重点实验室博士毕业后,赴美国密歇根州立大学和罗格斯大学从事博士后研究,2016年被安徽农业大学以高层次人才引进。主要从事动物胚胎发育机理及繁殖生物技术的应用基础研究。回国以来,主持在研项目7项,参与多项省级和国家级科研项目,是安徽省首例体细胞克隆山羊及体外受精“试管猪”的主创人,获授权发明专利1件,实用新型专利3件,正在申请的专利共20件,已在《Development》、《Biology of Reproduction》、《Reproduction》、《Theriogenology》等业界知名国际期刊上发表SCI论文27篇,曾被动物繁殖领域多个国际性专业期刊邀请评审论文,参编著作1部,制定标准3项,获省级科技成果2项。

 研究方向

1. 动物早期胚胎发育机理研究
以家畜着床前胚胎为模型,深入研究早期胚胎发育中染色质和转录组表观遗传信息(染色质开放性、染色质三维高级结构、DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA及RNA甲基化)重编程的功能及作用机制;并探究表观遗传因子调控早期胚胎发生第一次和第二次细胞谱系分化(囊胚形成和发育期间)的分子机制。

2. 动物体细胞重编程机制研究
以体细胞克隆胚胎为研究对象,发现阻碍卵母细胞介导体细胞发生表观重编程的因子及其分子机制,针对这些重编程障碍研发能够提高克隆胚胎早期发育能力和动物克隆效率的策略。联合体细胞核移植技术和基因编辑技术,制备具有优良生产性状的种畜或医学动物模型,在生理水平上解析相关基因的功能及其分子机理。

3. 动物繁殖技术应用研究
针对良种家畜养殖中存在的繁育问题(繁殖障碍、遗传资源丢失等),借助营养与发情调控、人工授精、胚胎移植、(精子、卵子和胚胎)超低温冷冻保存、体细胞克隆及妊娠诊断等动物繁殖技术提高公母畜的繁殖力和生产效率。
